Have you made a New Year's resolution to be healthier in 2019? Whether you want to stick to a healthier diet, get more exercise, reduce your stress, or lose weight, The Norwalk Public Library & The Norwalk Health Department have so tips to help you succeed! Join us for "Healthy Resolutions" a six week program held on Wednesday evenings starting January 9th 2019, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The program will focus on a different healthy resolution and different skills each week.Each week is connected to the last and includes thought-provoking videos, group discussion, and support, and the skills-building you need to kick start a healthier 2019. A light meal will be served at each session, so come hungry! Children are welcome to attend with an adult.
