Recognizing and Preventing Caregiver Strain

As the population ages, more caregiving is being provided by people who aren't health care professionals. About 1 in 3 adults in the US provides care to other adults as informal caregivers. Family caregivers are at increased risk for anxiety, depression and medical problems. This seminar will help you recognize the risks that caregivers face and give tips for managing stress and preventing burnout.
