New to Medicare? You have CHOICES to make. CHOICES is Connecticut's program for Health Insurance assistance, Outreach, information and referral, Counseling, Eligibility Screening. Medicare open enrollment is scheduled between October 15th and December 7th 2023. Let us help you with changes in any coverage and help you navigate the health insurance options available for Medicare recipients. Meet with trained volunteer Choices Counselor who can assist you with your questions.
