Please fill out this form to reserve your All-Together Community Quilt Bag, courtesy of author Lizzy Rockwell, for children ages 3 to 14 and we will notify you when your Craft Bag is ready for pick up. Fill out a separate form for each child needing a kit. We ask that you pick up the Craft Bag at the Norwalk Public Library at 1 Belden Avenue between Wednesday, 12/02 and Saturday, 12/05, between 9am and 5pm.
