Ever wonder about the characters in famous paintings? In this six-week program we will write stories inspired by some of America's famous artists including Edward Hopper, Andrew Wyeth and John Singer Sargent. Bring your imagination and prepare to be inspired! This program is led by author and fiction writing teacher, Kim Kovach. Registration is required.
Kim Kovach teaches fiction writing and creative non-fiction writing for adults. The author of six fiction books, Kim writes a weekly column for Halston Media newspapers as well as lifestyle articles for Westchester Wellness and Westchester Senior Voice. Introduction to programming2018-10-22T17:30:00The first step towards learning a programming language is to learn how to think like a programmer. This course will focus on teaching you the very basics of programming. We will teach you how to think about a problem in pseudo code and then convert it.
For people who have very little or no knowledge about programming.
The main intention here is to teach you how to think logically about a programming problem.
For age 14+
Note: We are not professional instructors. We are just a group of Software Engineers willing to help people learn programming. This is not a certificate course or a replacement for any college/school level course.
