    The Norwalk Public Library is an official Passport Application Acceptance Facility . NPL will accept passport applications from first time U.S. Passport applicants on a first come, first serve basis . No photo service will be offered at this time. NPL is not accepting renewal applications. First Time U. S. Passport Payments are divided into two parts. Checks or money orders made out to the U.S. Department of State will be accepted in the amount of $110.00 for adults and $80.00 for children. NPL will also accept a $35.00 fee by check or money order made out to Norwalk Public Library. NO CASH. Passport forms. information on how to apply and more can be found on the website www.travel.state.gov. To apply for a First Time U.S. Passport: Complete the application form DS-11,submit you original birth OR naturalization certificate, provide a recent passport photo 2X2, present valid photo identification.
