Each session will include a recipe demonstration using herbs and spices to season with from Penzey's spices.
First 15 sign-ups will receive a giveaway bag which will include herbs and spices from Penzey's Spices and other items from the Norwalk Health Department and Norwalk Public Library.
Each week, the giveaway bag Pick up will be the Saturday through Tuesday ahead (or the first bag can be picked up after the first meeting)
In the chat Tina will introduce upcoming and recently published nonfiction titles that might pique your interest. This month, 52 Ways to Walk, by Annabel Streets, (Pub. date February 2022), will be featured. The book is an easy-to- use guide to turning your boring walks into fun. Other notable nonfiction books will be mentioned. Since this isn’t a book group, you’re not expected to have read in advance the books that Tina will be presenting, but attendees are an important part of Nonfiction Chat, and we look forward to your sharing with us what you’re reading now, great past reads, and your areas of interest. All are invited to participate in Nonfiction Chat, even those die-hard fiction lovers. Who knows, we may whet your appetite for something new.
