Virtual Career Coach computer literacy course starts with orientation on January 17th. It is still taking place weekly, on Tuesdays, from 10-12noon.

This is a training program for the young people ages 16-24 who are interested in Customer Service and Sales career. At the end of the course students will take a nationally recognized National Retail Federation Customer
Service & Sales Certification test. The classes take place daily Monday-Friday 10am-3:30pm (with 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks each day) virtually on Zoom and through Google Classrooms. The first session begins January 23rd and runs for 6 weeks. During the program students will need to complete class and homework assignments, participate in peer activities/discussions, and class projects. Participants who don't have access to a computer will receive free iPads. Those who successfully complete the program will get to keep them.
