Being able to connect to the Internet has become a necessary component of our daily lives. Whether your child needs to get school assignments and complete homework, or you want to shop, bank or conduct personal business, search for jobs, complete applications, view entertainment, DIY videos, or the thousands of other reasons you may have for connecting to the Internet, NPL’s Internet-to-Go now gives you an easy way to do it.
How to borrow a mobile hotspot:
Mobile Hotspots are available at the Adult Circulation desks - at the Main Library and SoNo Branch - on a walk-in basis
(sorry, Hotspots cannot be reserved through the catalog or by phone).
- They may be borrowed for a one (1) week period and are not renewable, with a one (1) per family limit.
- Borrowers will be asked to provide additional ID (driver’s license, state photo ID, etc.) along with their library card, and to read and sign a form, agreeing to the library’s Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending Policy & Form (This may be printed, filled out and brought to the library to check out the hotspot).
