CHOICES Medicare Counseling Two counselors from CHOICES (Connecticut 's program for Health Insurance assistance, Outreach, Information and referral, Counseling, Eligibility Screening) will be available to provide Medicare counseling by appointment. They are available, for appointments on Fridays, October 15-December 3, 2021 for the open enrollment period. Appointments available between 10 am - 1 pm.
