  1. Preschool Storytime

    September 18, 2019, 2:30 PM - 3:15 PM @ Children's Activity Room

    Children from the ages of 3-5 years old will have fun engaging with books, songs & activities as they build their early literacy skills.   1. Landscaping for Birds and Wildlife

    September 18, 2019, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Full Auditorium

    Third talk in our Gardening Lecture Series with Patrick Comins is executive director of the Connecticut Audubon Society. He is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford and has worked in the bird conservation field for over 20 years. Patrick began his career with the Connecticut Audubon Society undertaking bird surveys at the McKinney National Wildlife Refuge, and served as the director of bird conservation for Audubon Connecticut for nearly 17 years before coming to the Connecticut Audubon Society. He is a past president of the Connecticut Ornithological Association. He is a member of the Connecticut Forest Practices Advisory Board, a position appointed by the Governor and a founding member and past chair of the Friends of the Silvio O. Conte National Fish and Wildlife Refuge. Light Refreshments will be provided by the Library. To register for this event, please email Sally Nacker at snacker@norwalkpl.org
