Effective Leadership Styles for Athletic Coaches. This book is designed to teach athletic coaches at all levels of sports, about leadership practice, and help them to become more intentional and effective leaders for their athletes and teams. I discuss the importance of coaches viewing themselves as leaders and learning about leadership practice. I think this is particularly important for youth sport coaches who are often volunteers and may not have much coaching or leadership experience.
